The Polyomics Metabolomics Pipeline is a new platform for the analysis of metabolomics data, developed in-house by Polyomics and recently accepted for publication in Bioinformatics.

This user-centric, web-based system for disseminating and browsing metabolomics data includes:

  • Metabolite annotation
  • Pathway analysis
  • Fragmentation analysis
  • Multivariate statistics

Sign up to this training course to see the improvements in usability, access and interpretation capabilities, as well as tutorials on experimental design and biochemistry.
